01 · About Ombrela

Ombrela is a digital insurance marketplace. We are not an insurance carrier — we operate as a licensed insurance producer/broker through underwriting partners.

02 · Licensing

Insurance products on Ombrela are sold through JBD&Group Services LLC (DBA, JBD Insurances), a licensed insurance producer, in partnership with Xfirm.io and licensed carriers. Specific licensing on request.

03 · Quotes & Policies

Quotes are estimates subject to underwriting. Final policy terms are determined by the carrier. Insurance policies are contracts between you and the carrier — not Ombrela.

04 · Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information. Read policy documents before purchase. Comply with policy terms. Disclose material facts requested by the carrier.

05 · No Insurance Advice

Information on Ombrela is educational. It does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, or medical advice. Coverage decisions should be made based on your specific circumstances after reading actual policy documents.

06 · No Safety Claims

Ombrela does not represent that insurance makes any activity "safe" or "risk-free." Insurance pays specific benefits when defined events occur. No form of travel is ever completely safe.

07 · Disclaimers

OMBRELA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

08 · Limitation of Liability

OMBRELA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE COMMISSION RECEIVED ON YOUR TRANSACTION.

09 · Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules). Right to small claims court retained. Class actions waived. Conducted in English.

10 · Governing Law

Governed by Delaware law. Venue: state and federal courts in Delaware.

11 · Modifications

Material changes notified via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
